These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bendik Pharmacy Consultancy Ltd website ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site while in Rwanda or when your activities relate to services we provide in Rwanda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Where possible, the parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rwanda.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or in Rwandan law. When we do so, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
